
Megan Bevill
PTA
Megan is a licensed physical therapist assistant that graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 2021. She is originally from Southport, NC but moved to the Charlotte area in 2012. Megan thoroughly enjoys working with patients with a variety of diagnoses and helping them meet their goals in order to return to the community. In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.

RJ Bates
PT
RJ Bates is a licensed physical therapist who was born and raised in Fort Mill, South Carolina. He received his BS degree in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1997.
RJ returned home in 2002 to start Fort Mill Physical Therapy. It was the first outpatient physical therapy clinic in Fort Mill, SC. It became the preferred physical therapy provided for Fort Mill, Tega Cay and surrounding areas.In 2006, Fort Mill Physical Therapy became Palmetto Rehabilitation Specialists. Outpatient clinics were located in Fort Mill and Rock Hill. Later clinics were established in York and Indian Land. Palmetto Rehab is known as the preferred PT providers for York County and Lancaster County.
RJ is member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the South Carolina Chapter of American Physical Therapy Association (SCAPTA). He is also a member of the Fort Mill Rotary and serves on the Health Advisory Council for Fort Mill High School.

Rachel Lowe
PTA
Rachel is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from Charlotte, NC. She joined Palmetto Rehabilitation Specialists in 2022 as a new graduate from Central Piedmont Community College. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and is also certified in pelvic floor physical therapy. Rachel is the second oldest from a family of 12 kids and loves playing with babies and children. In her free time she enjoys lifting weights, training and teaching martial arts, and spending time with friends and family.

Holly Tesimale
PTA
Holly is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 2018. Passionate about staying active and helping others do the same, she pursued a career in physical therapy after raising four children. In her free time, Holly enjoys boating, lifting weights, and playing sports with her family.

Tammy Gantzer
PT
Tammy is a licensed PT with 30+ years experience. She received her BS in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and her undergrad degree from Belmont Abbey College. Tammy is a native of Rock Hill, SC. Tammy’s clinical interests include general orthopedics, sports medicine, post surgeries for all joints, cervical and lumbar pain, as well as experience in home health and work hardening. Tammy currently lives in Fort Mill and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kelly Rocheleau
MPT
Kelly has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient setting for over 20 years. She received her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a passion for helping others in her community through physical therapy. She moved from Jacksonville, FL to the Fort Mill area in 2021. In her free time she can be found running on the Carolina Thread Trail with her husband and Aussiedoodle, and watching her two children play football, softball, basketball, volleyball, track, and swim.

Andrea Stokes
PT, DPT
Andrea is a licensed physical therapist who was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University in 2018, and she is licensed to treat in both North Carolina and South Carolina. She previously served as a clinic director at an outpatient clinic treating a variety of patients with a focus on orthopedic and post-surgical patients. She also has experience treating patients in the home setting. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching gymnastics and cheerleading as well as spending time with her husband, daughter, and goldendoodle.
